i was going to give this place a whirl as it's about the closest to me. anybody used them? prices seem ok.
going to send the crankcases and 2 side cases to them and get all that horrible black paint off before
i rebuild the ts250 engine. apparently they weren't black until 1976 - not that that bothers me, but i
prefer nice, clean shiney aluminium cases and don't fancy spending hours with paint stripper Very Happy

aquablasting doesn't remove paint, or it does but takes ages. better off with bead blasting/shot peening.

take advice from the blasters.

sorry not used them as I have a local guy doing it from his house

if you click on home page, one of the piccys is a single cylider head, all covered in black paint, which is what i went by. it could always be soda blasted i suppose. my lad works near them, so i'll drop them an email and he can show them what i want. then we'll go from there Very Happy
cheers, dd.
